Soft Error Page

Soft error page is when a web page is removed and the URL is no longer active, typically a 404 error occurs, this tells the viewer as well as search engines that the page no longer exists. Web pages that redirect to another page are confusing to search engine crawlers and bots, so these pages cause soft errors.
